Been to many "Deep South" USA BBQ joints and this is every bit as good or better. Try it all. Pulled pork was sublime, ribs were out of this world tender, burnt ends succulent and smoky, and the brisket insanely delicious. A big surprise was the mac and cheese. Absolutely perfect! If you want a real BBQ taste experience without having to go to the deep south USA, this is it. Well done.
